Southern California native Cismontane Brewing injecting berry elegance into their 8.5% ABV darkly charred Black’s Dusk Imperial Stout by aging it for a whole year in red wine barrels.

Smoky chocolate surrounds tangy red wine, creating the flavor interplay of of raspberry jam filled 80% dark truffle.
A dam bursts, burying the whole town in potent chocolate liquor and raspberry schnapps. Curling twists of sun-dried leathery tobacco and deep oak unfold like the wrapper around a truffle. Silky oats roll into pie cherry natural juicy tartness. Spicy oak gives it a dry boozy sizzle that echos for hours.
