Their latest release, Achillea, is a bottle conditioned Farmhouse Dubbel Ale brewed with yarrow, hyssop and thyme. These unique, carefully selected ingredients are the hallmark of the Propolis name – creating impeccable flavors with distinct notes of earth, herb and fruit.
A dark, haunting amber in the glass, Achillea enchants with distinct notes of anise, rosemary, plump stone fruit and crisp, caramelized malts. Thyme comes alive mid palate amidst plum and toasted biscuit while the yarrow provides a refreshing bitterness. The body is both creamy and dry and incredibly precious on the palate.
